Terms and Conditions
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on the total order, which must be paid before any work is undertaken.
The balance of the order is to be paid at least 10 days before the order is despatched to you.
Payment is by cash, cheque (cleared payment is required  before any work is undertaken)

Will be added to the price of the order.
All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe receipt of your order or similar in the case of international orders.
No responsibility is taken by Love, Hope and Dreams Wedding Stationery for damaged or loss of orders.  Proof of delivery and track and trace of items will always be used.
We will always contact the client before sending out their orders, to advise that the order is finished and ready to go out.
Alternatively local orders may be delivered or collected.
All prices are subject to change without notice.  This will not affect any confirmed orders.
All International orders will be charged at the current exchange rate at time of order which will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
All our wedding stationery is individually handmade and personalised, so with this in mind you will understand that you may get slight variations remember this is a bespoke personalised item.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
Envelopes are provided with all invitations and are of Good Quality
All inserts are included in pocket and wallet cards EXCEPT any extras eg menus, gift list, gift poem.
All proofs of wording will be sent to you prior to starting your order. 
It is your responsibility to take time to check proofs and make any necessary amendments.  Any mistakes once approval has been given and work as started cannot be changed without additional costs incurred on your behalf, unless it is the fault of Love, Hope and Dreams.
Please make sure you have throughly checked any names, addresses, places, times, locations etc and text used.
Proofs will need to be checked and returned a.s.a.p. within the time requested to avoid delay with your order.
Cancellation of Order
In the event that you need to cancel your order, the 50% deposit will be retained by Love, Hope and Dreams.  If you have been advised that the order is complete and ready for dispatch we will require the full balance.
Due to the item being bespoke we are unable to offer a returns policy.
But will correct any errors if they are on our part.
